Even Hurricane Harvey would have been survivable in a Houston with its 1980s population, since they could have simply released the extra water into the rice fields near Katy instead of dumping it into the bayou where it promptly flooded and destroyed the oldest and nicest neighborhoods in the city. This is what diversity rule creates: endless resentment and retaliation. If White people seem to give a lot less of a shit lately about ICE shootings and Black kids drowning, you now know why. In the long term, the only solution is to end diversity, which includes “white diversity” like SEMI.
