We have talked here for years about repealing the 14A. The reason is simple: America under natural rights restrained its government, but with civil rights government was given an invitation into all affairs public and private to enforce “equality.”

The 14A inverted the Constitution.

Throughout history, every human society has inverted itself at the point where it loses sight of its goal and focuses on managing its population, which usually involves “social engineering” or changing behavior to fit what government needs.

But even more, per Crowdism, any group of humans succeeds until its focus turns toward managing itself internally, at which point it becomes focused on removing problems more than achieving greatness.

Natural rights means that government is restricted from infringing on your right to speech, movement, thought, religion, property, and “pursuit of happiness” which means the ability to make life choices independent of social engineering.

Civil rights, on the other hand, empowers government. This rule charges government with an obligation to make sure the “equal protection of the laws” are enforced in all interactions, both public and private.

Civil rights “sounds good,” but it is the template for totalitarianism. We are now slowly coming to recognize this.

On the other hand, natural rights minimizes government by giving it little to do except external things. It has no obligation to intervene, nor is it held accountable for failures to achieve total “equality.”

Amerika takes many controversial positions, but one of our most radical is rejecting the 14A. Your average conservative reader is so cucked, demoralized, and indoctrinated that they view it as the origin of their nebulous “rights.”

In reality, it always works against you because now government is the social engineering nanny in the middle of every transaction and part of civic life. If you want to sell something, you had better sell to every ethnic group, or you go to jail.

That does not matter much when you are an ice cream truck, but if you are selling a house, you recognize that you will be subtracting hundreds of thousands of dollars from the value of the homes your neighbors own.

And if you have a department store, you cannot exclude anyone by race, so you have to put up with daily shoplifting and periodic flash mobs. Since all minorities are protected, the worst of them will use that as a property and a weapon against your prosperity.

What about your business, in terms of hiring? You had better have the right number of non-White faces, or your business gets sued and taken away by the government. While SCOTUS just lessened this, an all-White firm is still going to find itself in court.

How about renting? If you rent to someone from another race or ethnic group, they have less than zero interest in returning your property to you intact. To them, you are a member of the group that conquered them and now enslaves them with high rents. Expect vandalism.

Those of us who grew up in the cosmopolitan parts of the South have been around people from every ethnic group possible, and we know many good ones, but we also know that diversity brings out the worst from every group. They are either conquered or conquerors, so they fight.

This means that your best hope of a good life is to exist in a world comprised only of people from the same ethnic group, and ideally the same caste/class too. These people have no incentive to hurt you, nor any resentments to make them think they should.

However, in that world, there is little rule for government, which arises from the nature of jobs and creates a bureaucracy to treat everyone by the same procedure, therefore naturally likes procedural government like egalitarianism and civil rights.

Government naturally likes civil rights because that gives it a blank cheque to interfere in everything and get everyone “into” the System. To the bureaucrats, the 14A is like warrantless surveillance: they have an excuse to open every business, family, and contract to inspect its papers and ensure it has a license.

At this point, it is clear that what we need are not more civil rights but fewer. We need our Bill of Rights, for sure, and any state worth its salt has adopted those, anyway. What we do not need is a nanny state socially engineering us into obedient conformity.

If America wants to survive, it needs to remove everyone but its founding ethnic group, and then filter that founding ethnic group to remove the obvious defectives and ruins. With the remaining functional people, it can be a great civilization again.

However, what protects the dysfunction and the foreign, “civil rights” and “human rights,” stands in the way of this actual progress and replaces it with fake progress which is the march toward Utopia that, being wholly symbolic, fascinates people like Christ and Lotto.

Diversity has wrecked everything, but it is not alone. The Keynesian Communist welfare state is in collapse too, as is Late Stage Democracy itself. So is symbolic obedient conformity to the state (patriotism) and group symbolic worship like organized religion and pop music.

We are entering uncharted waters where what “worked” for the last millennium is revealed as not having worked at all. It turns out that the ancient ways worked better, like having mono-ethnic states ruled by natural selection instead of forced equality.
