We have reached epic end stage democracy comedy here. The Left seems to be celebrating a new regime of censorship because the Right has fought back with these protests against permanent lockdown leading to socialism and one world government.

In the meantime, the article in question was probably banned because Chinese-owned Reddit hates Pakistan:

An 18-year-old necrophiliac was arrested on Tuesday for murdering and then raping minor girls in Rawalpindi, according to the police.

“The man has committed the crime twice since last year,” Rawalpindi SPO Ahsan Yunus said at a press conference at the Rawalpindi Police Lines. “Last October, he murdered a nine-year-old girl and then raped her,” he said.

According to Reddit, posting this article is “sexualization of minors,” even though the article is a news story from a major news service about someone who sexualizes minors going to jail.

It is not surprising to read Leftists praising internet censorship, since this week their talking point appears to be how horrible the Right is, and how much they must be suppressed to avoid riots and conspiracy theories:

As surprising as it may sound, digital surveillance and speech control in the United States already show many similarities to what one finds in authoritarian states such as China. Constitutional and cultural differences mean that the private sector, rather than the federal and state governments, currently takes the lead in these practices, which further values and address threats different from those in China. But the trend toward greater surveillance and speech control here, and toward the growing involvement of government, is undeniable and likely inexorable.

In the great debate of the past two decades about freedom versus control of the network, China was largely right and the United States was largely wrong. Significant monitoring and speech control are inevitable components of a mature and flourishing internet, and governments must play a large role in these practices to ensure that the internet is compatible with a society’s norms and values.

In other words, democracy has reversed itself: under the influence of media, citizens can no longer make rational decisions, and therefore cannot be trusted. The Left justifies this under the public health and welfare heading.

Funny how the media was not a problem when it was exclusively Leftist, but social media has enabled what is basically the equivalent of a giant mixed-news RSS feed: you can see material from both sides, and even from whackos out there posting furiously to private blogs.

The Left wants to centralize the internet and bring it under the control of the same people who run big media, big tech, and the deep state. That they are forced to rely on such obviously paradoxical and hypocritical methods shows just how desperate they are.

Empires are always strongest right before the fall. “The Leftist cries out as he strikes you.” We are not seeing a strong Left, but a Left aware that it took over our system fifty years ago and now all of its plans, policies, and programs are showing that they do not work. In fact, they wreck everything.

As a result, we find ourselves in dark Soviet times. The Left runs government and the media; they tell us what to think, and have covered up things like the abysmal state of the Obama economy. Now that a revolt is starting, they want to suppress dissidents like me and keep the population controlled.

It is ironic how the same weapon that brings Leftists into power, the crowd, then destroys them. Their system has gone into a dead-end cycle, trying to use the same methods to solve problems that created those problems. This means that the system is out of juice, ideas, and hope.

We who are objecting to it are the dissidents thronging the streets of Warsaw and Berlin. We are the ones saying that beautiful symbols like equality cannot be trusted; they are illusions, and therefore are the tools of tyrants. We are the ones demanding actual progress and change.

They know that this time, we are going all the way. We no longer seek to win an election, have a “bipartisan” policy, or make a sensible compromise. We realize that for us to live, the Left cannot exist; we seek to erase the Left and create a 100% traditional society in the West.

No wonder they are censoring us. The stench of fear has settled heavily in the lands because the Left knows they were given power and they failed. Their failure has caused their replacements to arise. And they do not want to be replaced.

Expect more petty passive aggression from the Left in the near term. Someday, when they are all safely in Venezuela, we will look back on how truly sick and terrible those years were when we tried to get along with the Left.
