It is considered “racist” to say this, but different ethnic groups are genetically different. So are social classes, which generally represent IQ bands. Different races have different historical origins despite sharing some later ancestors.

That paragraph of blasphemy, apostasy, and heresy against modernity should keep you warm and happy for a little while at least.

African-Americans get a raw deal in this society and always have. They have my sympathy and best wishes. Brought here as slaves, kept as cheap labor, and then replaced by Hispanics, Blacks have always been “different” and not fit in, a condition which was exploited.

Even now, despite this society engaging in constant pretense on their behalf since the O’Clinton years, Blacks are alienated and marginalized by the fact of being different. They literally come from another subspecies:

Our analyses of site frequency spectra indicate that these populations derive 2 to 19% of their genetic ancestry from an archaic population that diverged before the split of Neanderthals and modern humans.

Some think this subspecies, similar to Homo Erectus, was different from the modern humans who emerged from Homo Heidelbergensis or a similar later group, and later spread worldwide, mixing with Denisovans in Asian, Australopithecus in India, and native groups in Africa.

Even more, tropical populations face different selection pressures. In the tropics, you die by microbe load rather early, so to pass on your genes you had to breed early and often instead of building intricate culture and lifestyles.

Black America is getting another whomp, which is that the DEI jobs are going away, which means that many Black people hired as government workers are going to be leaving behind attendance-optional highly-paid jobs:

For decades, the federal government provided both reliable jobs and guardrails to offset systemic racial bias in hiring and promotions, offering an alternative for Black workers who might be overlooked or ignored in the private sector. They played a crucial role in helping Black workers like Verdine join the middle class and thrive. But vast cuts by the Trump administration, led by Elon Musk’s Department of Government Efficiency, are threatening to close down that once-dependable path to financial stability.

The government, which has about 3 million employees, is the largest employer in the country.

In the hands of egalitarians, every ideology or program becomes a subsidy program, because since you cannot raise IQ, you have to spread wealth to those who could not earn it. In America, this means groups that are different from the WASP standard, and that adds to their difficulties.
