Why do we all live on Planet Moron? Mostly because societies as they grow select people for compliance instead of creative ability, which includes things not branded as theater kid or college-style Creative&tm; such as productivity and repair and production, civilizations decline from a state of mostly realistic sanity to absolute moronic insane ironist contrarian reality-denial. The solution is to keep the useful and send the useless elsewhere, of course.

  • UK Vegetables 20-50% Less Nutritious Than In the 1960s

Like everything else, our food supply has been “hollowed out” in order to democratize it so that a large compliant population can be sustained.

  • LLM-inspired study sheds light on how brain cells encode the meaning of words

Sometimes we link nerdy tech articles just because, you know, there is cool stuff in them.

To investigate how the brain encodes the meaning of words, the researchers first recorded the activity of individual neurons in the hippocampus of 10 people who were listening to stories. Their recordings were collected using tiny wire electrodes that were implanted in the participants’ brains as part of clinical monitoring procedures for epilepsy.

The team then used mathematical models to analyze the language used in the stories and the brain recordings. This allowed them to examine whether information about the meaning of words could predict the recorded neuronal activity.

“We recorded responses of hippocampal neurons while individuals listened to narrative speech,” wrote Melissa Franch and her colleagues in their paper. “Using an encoding model approach, we find robust encoding of semantics, even after controlling for phonemics and grammar. Individual words had complex selectivities that included multiple words in multiple semantic categories.”

We are going to see more of these revelations about how the mental processes of biology and technology have a common root in the logicality of these operations; that is, to think is to have some kind of language or token system, and for a token system to communicate, it needs certain properties, which implicate certain structures of brain or code.

  • People smugglers are still profiting from small boats. Can the UK fix the crisis?

As the peanut gallery has it, most of Leftist argumentation consists of simply refusing to understand what is being presented, including looking at exceptions instead of the rule. Another subset of that process is the genre of “question articles” like this one; asking “Can the UK fix the crisis?” brings a natural response of “yes, by changing your refugee, human rights, civil rights, and citizenship laws you can do it easily,” but since someone is asking the question still, we assume that the obvious answer does not compute. Watch for these and other Leftist subversion tropes as these people try to take over and destroy your civilization.

  • Truth and consequences

For decades, we have given diversity and Leftists a blank cheque for the Heckler’s Veto by refusing to prosecute them for bad behavior since we consider it a political protest and therefore a 1A issue. In reality, it is simply crybullying — passive-aggressive provocation, victimhood, and retalitation — that needs to meet with consequences as it would if they were doing it for any reason other than politics. No more “get out of jail free” card for Leftists and diversity.

  • Women on hormonal birth control view their romantic traits more positively

Hormonal birth control literally makes women delusional and narcissistic. I have a better idea: reversibly sterilize all young people until they demonstrate utility. If they never do anything useful, keep them sterile. We have too many useless people as it is.

  • After Twenty Years Working in Multiracial Public Schools, a White Teacher Tells All

Diversity exists, like equality, to remove exceptional people:

My proudest accomplishment was helping Michael, an upper-middle-class white boy, escape that middle school. He was only there in the first place because his family had recently moved to the area and enrolled him in the local public school without realizing what that would entail for their son. He was a model student. Every day he would sit quietly doing his assignments, periodically sighing as the rest of the class fought, bickered, yelled, cussed, vandalized, and cat-called one another.

One day, I sat down next to him and told him: “Go home and tell your parents to put you in private school, you don’t belong here.” His parents did so almost immediately — I’m so grateful they listened to me and had enough money to do something about it. I later learned that despite his straight-As at public school, he had to take a year of remedial education at his private school in order to catch up with his class. Imagine how much further behind he would have fallen if he’d stayed in my school much longer. The day after Michael left, teachers got an email from the administration telling us that under no circumstances were we to write letters of recommendation for students to get into private schools. You see, it is the few students like Michael who hold up the district’s test scores, making them a rare and valuable commodity not to be given up.

This is not functionally different from socialism, soft-on-crime, pacifism, equality, and other policies designed to benefit the Herd at the expense of those who rise above.

  • Reputation of German Intelligence in Tatters as Investigation Into Arrested Spy Chief Considers Alleged Chinese Link

You can talk about Russia and Israel all day long, but if you mention China, suddenly your job is under assault by bosses, advertisers, NGOs, and espionage agencies. With diversity, everyone is a lobbyist for someone, and their interests do not align with yours.

Take a deep breath: you have made it halfway through! Movie time today is Birth of a Nation (1915) from the Internet Archive.

  • Public executions in the US were once a community spectacle. Then they stopped

Executions were public up through the 1930s, but we stopped out of “humanist” concerns, although more appropriately we should avoid looking at horrible stuff because it spreads horror. However, for most people, seeing actions connect with consequences (you kill one of us, we kill you) might be a healthy lesson in how the world inevitably must work.

  • Why Abdul El-Sayed might not be winning Black voters in Michigan

Befuddled Leftists do not yet realize that demography is destiny in diversity. Black people vote for other Black people and will try to subvert anyone from another group.

  • Columbus’ own writings reveal how tightly religion and conquest were intertwined from the start

Always look for the buried lede; in this case, it reveals that colonialism was the result of non-White invasions of Europe:

Muslim armies had invaded from North Africa in the 700s, and Muslim rulers eventually governed much of the peninsula. Spanish and Portuguese leaders waged the Reconquista, a centuries-long war that concluded with the 1492 expulsion of Jews and the defeat of the last Muslim stronghold in Granada.

By then, the Portuguese had laid claim to uninhabited mid-Atlantic islands, including the Azores and Madeira.

They also colonized the Canary Islands and forced local inhabitants into slavery on their plantations.

Now add in the Huns, Barbary Pirates, Turks, and Mongols and you can see why Europeans conquered the world: to prevent it from invading us.

  • A migrant boat sank off the coast of Djibouti with the UN reporting over 200 people dead or missing

No one cares. Migrants are a fungible infinite resource, and now they are also recognized as an obligation and civilization-destroyer, so no one wants them but everyone is afraid to say this in public.

  • Psychologists map the emotional borders between social anxiety and narcissism

Big point is: there are many roads to narcissism, including genetic mutation, but for most people the cause is “a fear of outside judgment and a heightened expectation of rejection.” As I said years ago, this is a defensive/inflammatory response not a positive, affirmative, forward-looking one. With control of our emotions and thoughts, we can reduce inflammatory response instead of falling into the pity-retaliation cycle.

  • Canada’s First Nations Are Using Their Land To Build Dense Housing

Mongolian-origin “First Nations” Amerinds are given free land by government, and promptly make Hong Kong style housing because they are not subject to the same rules that constrain ordinary citizens. Diversity privilege strikes again, and brings a slum with it.

  • New York’s Controversial Anti-Swastika Law Turns Prosecutors Into Speech Police

Slowly at first, the illogicality of “hate crimes” laws raises its head and looks around. Penalizing people for their political opinions, even in the context of a crime, constitutes a government thought-control mechanism.

  • Fixated on AI, the world has forgotten what is staring it in the face: nuclear annihilation

This guy managed to sneak a pro-Trump article into The Gaurandian. Letting crazy states like Iran have nuclear weapons will backfire for humanity.

  • ‘Nothing about the far right is patriotic. Its victory would bury traditions that make France what it is.’

Absolutely true. Study questions: patriotism is allied with the nation-state, not genetics and culture, so can we say that patriotism is good for a nation (the group of people born of the same root continuous from its founding to eternal future)? And secondly, do we really like “what it is” right now, whether in France or anywhere else in the West?

  • Made in America Again

The best president, which in almost all cases is slight praise since democracy always prefers liars, demonstrates his long-term policy of creating prosperity rather than trying to use taxation and austerity to ride out an economic depression caused by taxation and diversity. It is amazing how many industries are coming back home now that the insanity is decreasing in our political system.

  • Britain’s trust in science plunges as Covid response comes under scrutiny

The Left uses anything as a skinsuit. It finds something with legitimacy and uses that as an aegis from behind which to agitate for power. At first it was defense of the poor, then the diverse, women, “think of the children,” anti-smoking, even religious freedom (or its opposite, everyone loving Jesus, somehow). Now we have climate change and The Science&tm; which will never recover its reputation after the COVID-19 debacle.

  • Unhinged lefties attack ICE agents in Oregon parking lot, smash vehicle with bat: video

Leftists become “unhinged” when they realize that all of their ideas fail in application and the world is moving on. We are hearing a cry from the unimportant and irrelevant who are agitating and bullying us into accepting them as if they were important, useful, or relevant in any way.

  • ‘Criminal illegal’ migrant shot by ICE terrorized NYC apartment building with machete: ‘Menace to society’

The Left wants to make him into a saint, but his past is catching up with him. This guy was a classic arrogant, narcissistic criminal who wanted to force others to accept him so he could continue abusing them. Can we call him a “parasite” and not get indicted for a “hate crime”?

  • Congress should seal eligible records that keep Americans out of work

Leftists want to make people equal, which requires sealing them criminal histories for employment, renting, and co-op applications. In reality, the rest of us need protecting from them. Over two-thirds of former prisoners are re-arrested within five years.

  • Cornell handed students raunchy sex checklist discussing ‘three partners at a time’ — which could’ve led to frat orgies: critics

It turns out that the “Cornell 7” were simply paying attention to official propaganda, which thinks that orgies are just as normal as PIV missionary sex between committed partners. Equality strikes again!

  • Trump Says ‘Days of Plunder’ of Columbus Statues ‘Are Over’

The vandals sacking Rome find themselves interrupted by the simple act of calling them out for what they are, not what they portray themselves to be.

  • Justice Department investigates TV networks, citing possible anti-trust violations

The last three American presidents basically slept through antitrust law after the disasters of the 1980s and 1990s, but it seems that Trump wants to restore it to its original use, “trust-busting” or smashing up companies that own too much across an industry. Surely the “big six” AJAB firms qualify.

  • DOJ Crackdown on Illegal Voting by Foreigners Serves as Warning for Upcoming Midterms

The authorities have only caught a few so far, but foreign nationals may find themselves less likely to vote illegally since they now know that repercussions can exist.

  • The race for Texas Railroad Commission: Bo French v. Jon Rosenthal

Rosenthal, despite being a friendly guy, is in fact a stooge for industry, where French intends to reshape the Texas economy to be unfriendly to diversity. I just ordered my official Bo French yard sign.

  • Venomous Snakes More Likely to Stand Out in Their Own Habitat

Nature signals danger so that only the most oblivious get harvested, and this natural selection makes all species in the ecosystem stronger. The sick must die.

  • ‘Netanyahu’s diatribes against antisemitism aim above all to silence his critics’

As we have said here before, talking about “antisemitism” and “The Holocaust™” are dead losers for Jews because it styles them as victims, and soon some of their people will believe it. Describe yourselves as the few sane ones who made part of the middle east into a non-sithole country. That is in itself a great victory.

  • Why 12 Notes?

An economic analysis of the twelve-note scale finds that it is the simplest and most efficient form of a scale, based on the ability of humans to differentiate and use notes.
