White people like diversity for the same reason they like religion and ideology: it creates an alpha channel around the necessity for success, by results and consequences, in reality.

When you are writing a paper at school and have no idea how to advance your argument, try claiming that it helps the poor or reduces inequality. Suddenly your tangential minor thesis about Victorian-era jewelry becomes a righteous jeremiad for justice.

If you are a mediocre White person, endorsing diversity and equality suddenly makes you important. It gives you a blank cheque and a golden sceptre with which to rule. Most importantly, you can clear other White people out of the way with it!

This creates a competition for signaling. Whoever signals the most novel and provocative egalitarian thought gets to take home the prize. Forget doing the job right; just be righteous or politically correct and you rise above the rest.

Diversity lowers standards for White people. With the rise of ideology and moralism, doing the job right becomes secondary to flattering the pretenses of others. The individual no longer must demonstrate competence, only social acceptability.

Like organized religion, diversity also becomes a great proxy for getting your good guy badges. You might have sabotaged every great hope for humanity, but if you are out there talking about Jesus, ending inequality, or promoting racial equality, you are considered “good” again.

It serves as a wonderful camouflage in this way. Do public acts of anti-poverty and diversity, and society stops wondering what you are doing late at night as you drive your white panel van through areas known for prostitution.

It makes you an instant social group. Others who want to get ahead will help you get a leg up, too. You can also join corruption circles, because if you all have to do to be considered good is to promote diversity, that means anything else you do gets a rubber stamp.

Like all things in the fall of civilization, diversity serves as a liberalization from hierarchy and consequences. The new hierarchy is flat and based on obedience; consequences do not matter so long as you tried to do the right thing, even if losing like Jesus on the Cross.

Diversity lets White people become irresponsible. We decide that “right” and “good” not only include diversity, but are reduced to diversity, so as long as you promote diversity, nothing else matters. When it all fails you can flap your hands around and say “it is just how it is.”

Diversity is a weapon used in competition between Whites, not just class war but ethnic battles within the White race. If you want to take out your competition, just find some reason to call them Hitler or Mussolini and you can remove them from the field of battle.

Promoting diversity leads to the ultimate liberation of the individual, namely that standards are relaxed and destroyed in order to accommodate our holy diversity. Stop doing the hard White people things and instead, just promote diversity and get well-paid for it too.

Arthur Schopenhauer controversially observed that White people always look longingly at the third-world savages (he meant the French, appropriately). They do not spend their days stressing to make great art, architecture, learning, or leadership.

Life is psychologically easier in the third world. You no longer have to strive much at all. You spend your days indulging your self and its appetites. When you “go native,” you no longer try to do the things that made Whites great and can finally relax.

At the core of diversity is this individualism/hubris. It seeks to liberate the human individual from social order, standards, mores, and commonsense knowledge. Finally free, the individual can indulge itself, or something of that nature; no one really knows.

Individualism gives rise to the desier for diversity and many other forms of “liberation.” Communists = liberals = libertarianism = progressives = Leftists = individualists. These are all part of a spectrum of the same idea.

While half of the internet wants to blame The Jews™ for White decline and the other half wants to blame capitalism, the reality is that groups self-destruct by choosing what is convenient for the individual instead of striving for greatness for civilization as a whole.

This means that any social group without a hierarchy of competence will descend to the same illusions, namely insisting that reality is not real and that instead of striving to maximize reality, we should indulge ourselves and our social group with some contrarian individualism.

Eventually the individualists figure out that diversity is a nice easy way to seize control of society, like Tammany Hall did with our first diversity, the Irish (and later Italians) prompting our Civil War and Civil Rights fixation that lasts to this day.

No wonder diversity took over. It became the one thing no one could criticize and a way for many to get ahead in the social world without actually doing anything relevant. We deluded ourselves and chose diversity, and now it is destroying us.
