It is difficult not to side with Justices Thomas and Alito in their rejection of birthright citizenship because it was clear that the scope of the 14A was intended to address the problems of Civil War and freed slaves, not make every citizen of the world an American.

After all, law boils down to commonsense statement of the obvious in such a way that it protects the functional humans against the rest of them; the former group is smaller than the latter and, while mentally stronger, cannot survive Stalingrad levels of force asymmetry.

When a nation legalizes birthright citizenship, it is essentially inviting the world to come in and take over, which they will do. Democrats are realizing that already because they are seeing that they either go with socialism as the youth and diversity want or get voted out.

This means that in the name of means-over-ends lawmaking, we have thrown out ends-over-means policy goals, and this was the point that Alito and Thomas made. But the liberal/libertarian wing was more concerned with a civil rights method that was in line with their beliefs.

In the bigger picture, this shows us a court divided between those who want to uphold the Constitution as it was written for the means it was intended, and a group who carry forth the fanatical belief in equality and hold it above all else, including the Constitution.

It should surprise no one that this mirrors the rest of our democracy, where half the population believes in equality at any cost and the other half views mass trends as being as destructive as the other thing they want to avoid, totalitarianism.

In other words, our division was always caused by the egalitarians being present among us, and now they have the power to destroy us. They are individualists who look for what makes them feel good and implement that to control their own minds.

Looking forward, however, this decision was a good thing.

We cannot rely on Executive Orders and Court decisions to decide our future. Congress makes the laws, including Amendments, and Congress has slept for years in order to avoid getting in the crossfire of the Culture War (which turns out to be about replacing Whites with the third world so that we can implement French Revolution style mass rule here).

French Revolution thinking is a type of Crowdism where the herd decides to avoid things that upset them, and to focus on controlling reality by controlling the thinking of others. We have to understand its psychology to defeat it.

The individualists cherry-pick reality for things that make them feel good and ignore the rest, which means that their decisions progressively (heh heh) drift farther from anything realistic. If you wonder why most people now seem insane, it is this process.

They are on the Hegelian stepladder which occurs when humans react to reality, then react in a cascade to the reaction to that reality, and reality drifts further away. It is a natural result of individualism, which is the fundamental hubris to which humans succumb when weak.

When counteracting an individualist revolution, only one thing works: reward the functional, promote the exceptional, remove the dysfunctional, and let everyone else just do the best they can. Conservatives drifted far from this into Christianity, patriotism, and worship of money.

It will require us to face some painful truths.

The first is that what is popular with the herd is almost always wrong, and we need to escape from influencer culture on the Right. This leads to endless distractions. Similarly we need to start ignoring the people raving about abortion, drugs, and teaching the Bible in schools.

We have one goal that we must focus on, and that is becoming a mono-ethnic state. That is the only way to have culture, and strong Western culture will move us away from Keynesian socialism and other humanistic endeavors.

Our minds have to turn toward a thought process of wanting to reward those who do constructive, productive, and nurturing things, and to push away the people who are individualistic. They do not build civilization; they tear it down.

With this in mind, we can turn back to Congress. Since WW2, Congress has avoided making any checks on the advance of Leftism. After all, the world wars were fought for Leftism, and no one wanted to appear to be Hitler-like.

This allowed, starting shortly after the end of the war, a civil rights agenda to rise, given power by the invention of affirmative action by JFK. At that point, the nation splintered into pro-diversity and anti-diversity groups, with the former winning because they were adding voters.

That agenda picked up on the power of the 14A and used it to level any objections to absolute, government-enforced equality of the races and ethnic groups, paid for by private industry, which was the JFK Tammany Hall style contribution.

Now this has run to its natural endpoint. Every election is held hostage to how the diversity votes; even if they do not have a numerical majority, they have enough numbers so that without their vote, no candidate can be crowned, so all pander to the new voters.

We can talk about contributing causes. Yes, women on the SCROTUS are a total disaster, generally, as are DEI hires like Sotomayor, Kagan, and Jackson. Yes, having foreign DNA like John Roberts is a disaster, as is the Christian faith that seemingly makes people afraid not to love foreigners because their god might be mad.

But in the bigger picture, Congress has done nothing because it is held hostage by the diversity vote and its members work it as a career, so they do not want to offend any powerful lobbying groups like industries, ethnic groups, religions, genders, or foreign powers.

People love to say “voting does not do anything.” As the longest and loudest critic of democracy on the Right, I detest voting, but it is what we have right now, and if we win votes, we gain goodwill through perceived legitimacy.

The dirty secret to democracy is how few people determine elections. When a quarter of the population votes, you can win an election by — drum roll please — mobilizing a few percent more than a quarter of your base. That is all that is required.

We are seeing a need for Congresspeople who are what we might call “MAGA+”: fully vested in the idea of populism, or doing right for the organic nation regardless of the maze of rules and regs, but also, alert to the diversity question.

There is an imaginary divider called the cuckline that will determine who is useful here. The cuckline centers on genetics, Darwinism, and ethnicity. People on the left side of the cuckline believe in civic nationalism, but on the right side we want mono-ethnicism only.

Mono-ethnicism means one ethnic group per nation and everyone else excluded. In America, that group is the unmixed genetic Western Europeans (English, Scots, Dutch, northern Germans, Scandis, northern French) because their cultures are close enough to act as one because they all come from the same Nordic-Germanic stock. After all, the Anglo-Saxons are formed from two German tribes.

MAGA+ people are on the right side of the cuckline. They are not interested in “racism”; it is sadistic and boring. They want mono-ethnic societies, however, which means sending all the foreign DNA back, even if you are only an eighth IPJI, Korean, or Nigerian, for example.

We welcome what happened today because it shows us that the short-term methods like Executive Orders and Court decisions, which can be easily reversed by the next administration, are the wrong tool. Not that this case was decided well; it was not. But we need something more solid.

This means we need to retake Congress from the RINOs, socialists, Christians, libertarians, Leftists, and foreigners. They must be replaced with MAGA+ candidates. These candidates have a single agenda: remove foreign influence and restore natural selection.

The Constitution does not need re-writing. Democracy is dying a natural death and at some point we are going to replace our political system with aristocracy. However, for now, we need to fix our damaged countries, send home the foreigners, and repeal the rat-king of laws that bind us.

All roads lead to Rome. There is one way we survive, and that is mono-ethnicism, so all roads lead there. If one way becomes shut, we choose another, and it may turn out to be even sturdier, like a replacement for the 14A that grafts on the Naturalization Act of 1790 as an Amendment.

We want to survive, so we will find a way to do this, but the first step is to get people excited about mono-ethnicism to the point that they stop listening to the cucks and start showing up at elections in higher percentages.
