The streets are quiet. Fewer people are out there than one might expect for a Saturday. “Climate change,” says the carnie Leftist. “No, it’s Satan,” says the oblivious conservative, scrolling through his stock portfolio while planning a missionary trip to Upper Baboonsasshole.

It feels like a society in shock.

What people are experiencing is a lack of something. It is a lack of the usual support from the middle for the latest efforts by ideology. Instead of opposing things, people are routing around them.

As John Gilmore once said, “The Net interprets censorship as damage and routes around it.” The same is true of societies. We interpret bad government as censorship and route around it, then remove the damage and ruins later.

Our civilization is forever young. We achieve this state because we always believe that something good is coming around the corner, mainly because we trust in ourselves and nature, not “luck.” The flip side of FAFO is that if you do something logical, good results will come.

Most people live in a closeted thought bubble designed to reinforce positive feelings so that their mental state stays stable so that they do not need to change their thinking. They want to be static, creatures of themselves alone, and they hate the world for not making them gods.

Sounds like the Biblical description of Satan? Sure, or like the Jacobins and Bolsheviks, maybe the bully on the schoolyard, or even the abusive authority figure. They hate what is not them and will never forgive it for not making them more important.

All bad psychology is the same because bad psychology occurs only through an absence of good psychology. It is like natural selection: a lack of adaptative traits leads to elimination. You either get your act together or nature eats you (to the benefit of all).

When we say we are waking up from history, it means that during the 1865-1945 period, the West became radically Leftist. Leftism means dedication to the idea of equality. Prior to that, people — like natural selection — rewarded the competent and weeded out the incompetent.

Egalitarianism fails because it reverses what works, which is to set a goal and achieve it by any means necessary. Under egalitarianism, you ban certain methods that exclude incompetents, and the incompetents then take over with their greater numbers.

Keep in mind that most people are inert. They go to jobs, buy things, and do not think or act on much else. Small groups decide the future of any society; if you have even ten percent of your society that are incompetents, they will take over.

Sane people do not make rules like “everyone is equal.” They do not ban you from kicking the ass of criminals, firing incompetents, or deciding to have a mono-ethnic society. But incompetents will make rules banning those things.

The incompetents have now wrecked civilization. Almost everyone is going insane because living in a dying civilization is hopeless, and the only way to feel good about daily life is to cling to illusions like democracy, organized religion, patriotism, diversity, or socialism.

“The arc of history bends toward justice,” Barack 0’Bama famously said, and what he meant was that if you rely on history — political precedents — the incompetents take over and everyone becomes equal. He did not mention that then your society also becomes failed and worthless.

The first stage of escaping history is to lose faith in its ideology. We no longer believe that equality is important, good, or in any way realistic. We see that the only reason for “equality” is so that incompetents can be equal to competents, killing off that civilization.

As people escape history, we are seeing people demonstrate a lack of faith in certain things. They are not calling for them, supporting them, sending money to them, or talking positively about them:

• Equality: the old rule was what your kindergarten teacher or planning committee demanding, “make sure you include everyone.” Compromise with the special interests on the committee, and make sure the insane and retarded kids get a chance to play on your team (you will lose) too. A teacher or committee leader aims toward method, or everyone doing the same thing so that everyone “goes along to get along.”
• Diversity: the diversity people are shocked because several diversity people have gotten themselves killed by the police lately, and other than the talking head media and Leftists, no one is talking about it in the White (and whitish) world. White people are now treating diversity concerns like a hobby: “Sounds like that’s important to you. I’m going fishing. That’s my thing these days.”
• Democracy: we heard lots of wailing like “democracy dies in darkness,” but as far as we can tell, democracy and the “rules-based order” just mean means-over-ends (method-based) systems that tie your hands so you cannot do what is necessary, and force you to support a massive bureaucracy and its spending programs that increasingly look like massive sources of kickbacks more than attempts to do anything useful.
• Christianity: many people want to use religion as an excuse for their preferences, e.g. “my religion demands that I homeschool my kids in a Whites-only neighborhood.” This will not work because it did not work in the past; the laws will work around it quite easily. In the meantime, religions from foreign countries based on how foreigners are equal to you are losing their appeal.

The high colonic of raging realism for today says simply that we have lost faith in what has failed. Democracy made some assertions about how it would bring “progress” and a “golden age,” but instead it has brought authoritarian Leftists held up by the diversity vote who are spending us into bankruptcy as the quality of everything, government and business alike, collapses to third world levels.

This is how the Romans went out, but more importantly, the Greeks and Egyptians too. We have a choice where the road forks, and we are choosing to disconnect from ideology and embrace realism instead. Ideology demands equality which brings in diversity and other nonsense, and we now see how these are linked.

Instead, we are looking toward realism, which is strikingly similar to Darwinist natural selection or reductionism. The meaning of life is to adapt to our environment and to find a purpose in existence, and that purpose can no longer be symbolic, like in religion or ideology, but has to be real, as in nature and culture.

What you are seeing is Nordic-Germanics Going Their Own Way (NGGTOW). We do not choose to select the same suicidal path as the rest of humanity. We are going to do what works by us through time-honored tradition and a case-by-case (ends-over-means) basis. This is how we survive but even more, how we restore faith and joy in life again.
