Time Is The Real Zero-Sum Game

Monday, December 4th, 2017

In any task, you will find yourself asking who “da real MVP” is, meaning the person without whom it would not have happened. When we look at decisions made about our future as a civilization, we have to figure out what the bottom line is: what of the many factors involved will draw the line between victory and defeat?

Any sensible analysis will say that the MVP here is time. Ordinary citizens exist in a kind of time-loop where they make decisions about very similar things, day in and day out. For them, a missed opportunity means a need to correct it with the next very similar decision. Life however operates on higher stakes at the civilization level.

Think of it in terms of your birthdays as a child. You can have only one birthday per year, and only one party, and therefore, only one type of cake. You choose lemon, or vanilla, chocolate, or cherry, and that is it. You do not get repeats; you cannot go back and do-over your sixth birthday. The same is true of civilization.

This means that time is the most valuable player because our decisions are a zero-sum game. To choose one thing is to exclude all of the others; to fail to actively select an option is to choose entropy. This means that we are not choosing from a perspective of the present time, but from that of the future. We are choosing our future.

With that in mind, our matrix of decision-making changes. We are no longer looking for threats to what exists as we have it now, but choosing which elements available to us now that will make the future we desire. What we choose will become our future, even if it is not a threat now.

When discussing diversity, many people say things like, “I don’t mind having a Japanese neighbor, because they are high intelligence and considerate.” But do you want to be replaced by Japanese people? To be a society of half- or a quarter-Japanese people? We will no longer be Western Europeans, but a new hybrid group.

People tend to focus on what they see as negatives with other groups. They will talk about crime, average IQ, laziness, resentment, or welfare use. These are disadvantages to having people among us, but can be overcome. What cannot be overcome is that these people will then replace us, and that diversity never works because our group will be in conflict with any other group dwelling among us.

To talk about another group in terms of its bad impact on the status quo requires that we think in negative terms. When we say that a group “fits in” and “does not cause trouble,” we are not thinking of the future, but the present. Our failure to extrapolate to the next stage reflects a lack of faith, hope, and attention to the future.

On the other hand, if we think in positive terms, we will simply ask, “Are these the basis of the civilization we need to be?” Even after our lives, our children and those of our friends and family will live on. Do they want to live on as Japanese hybrids? Once the ancestral connection to a culture is lost, it quickly evaporates too.

Modern people cannot get their heads outside of the mental ghetto imposed by equality, so they assume that culture is like government regulations, a series of rules and procedures which are written down and whoever follows them is getting the job done. In this view, as long as we brainwash random warm bodies into doing things our way, our civilization in theory continues to exist.

In actuality, culture is genetic, as history shows us. Only the group that produces the culture can understand it. They are genetically shaped by it, and it was designed for who they instinctively are, and so they are the only ones who can produce it. Western Civilization requires Western European people.

You can see the negative analysis in the wild in statements of patriotism and loyalty to ideology like this vapidity:

Proudly, we are composed of all kinds of people. People who have different heritages and religions. Though at times we have a cause – like WWII – or a hate – terrorism – that can bind us, it is not something that can last forever.

There must be something deeper, and everlasting, something that all citizens can feel and touch in perpetuity.

That, ladies and gentlemen, is patriotism and nationalism. In other words, the love and affection for one’s country and one’s fellow citizens.

Never mind that they have confused patriotism for nationalism, a common mistake in egalitarian societies, because they cannot face the ethnic and racial roots of culture.

These people are as indoctrinated as any Communist, Fascist or National Socialist. To them, civilization is a means to an end, and that goal is these abstract ideas. They assume that every person who reads the same words on a piece of paper comes away with the same interpretation, and that therefore they live on through their obedience to the rules.

In reality, you only live on if you live on genetically. Anything else means that you pass along your notes for the kids in your class next year, and they fit them to their understanding. If this class consists of radically different people, they will have a different interpretation, and everything you do will fail.

Think about how many civilizations across the third world have adopted Western methods like democracy, constitutions, capitalism, Christianity, and suburban living. Those implementations never look quite like ours, and their results have not been as good. Each society has an order which fits it because genetics is the origin of behavior and values.

You can only make one choice for the future of your civilization. The question is not what fears you have about others, but whether they can be you and your ancestors. If they are from a different tribe, they cannot, and they will replace you, whether by you taking on a Japanese wife, your kids having families with people who are 1/32 Asian or Black, or by the gradual process of outbreeding.

Tyrants — leaders who are concerned only with their own power and view their civilization as a means to that end — bring foreigners here because they know that people are dumb when they are young, and whatever they are sexually attracted to, they marry. Those children no longer have the genetic profile of the original culture, and so it is erased and replaced by the ideology the tyrant uses to justify his continued power.

We know what it is like to be a hybrid. Look at South America, Eastern Europe, India, Southern Europe, or Ireland. The group never attains the greatness of the original Western Civilization, and it forms a civilization that is rather exotic and more like its admixture, even if only in traces.

Still think that Japanese, Korean, Jewish, Greek, Italian, Irish, or Polish wife is a good idea? You are breaking down your genetic profile and replacing it with something that can never be the original. You are genetically erasing yourself, and with that, destroying your culture, even if your laws and economic system live on.

As the old saying goes, “Which way, Western man?” If we deserve to live, we have to realize that time is a zero-sum game and that therefore, we can make only one choice: we must defend ourselves and exclude all others, even if they do not cause problems, or are nice and well-mannered and love our educational systems.

It does not matter whether you replace yourselves with Nigerians or Japanese. Any diversity is the end of your people. If you think your people deserve to live, and want Western Civilization to exist, you have to exclude all racial and ethnic diversity, and choose a future that is exclusively Western European.

Genetic Memory

Saturday, December 2nd, 2017

Once upon a time, there were two thinkers on the topic of evolution. Charles Darwin argued that mutations occurred constantly and were tested against adaptation, with only those that were advantageous statistically persisting; Jean-Baptiste Lamarck suggested that it was possible for acquired traits to be passed on to the next generation. As it turns out, both were right, to varying degrees.

Genetic memory refers to the ability for memories, or at least traits responding to those memories, to be encoded in the DNA of an organism and passed to its offspring and their offspring. Scientists have found that genetic memory of trauma is passed along to grandchildren, for example:

A study examining the offspring of children displaced during the Second World War revealed they were up to four times more likely to suffer from serious mental health conditions compared to those whose parents stayed at home.

…Its authors say the effect may be partially explained by poor parenting by the evacuees, but they believe it is more probably due to epigenetic alterations – changes to the way genes are expressed – which are then inherited.

A previous smaller study found that Holocaust survivors had higher levels of methyl groups associated with a gene that influences the production of the stress hormone cortisol.

This may be because memories change brain structure and this structural alteration is passed on through epigenetics to the offspring:

A Nature Neuroscience study shows mice trained to avoid a smell passed their aversion on to their “grandchildren”.

…The animals were trained to fear a smell similar to cherry blossom…[Scientists] showed a section of DNA responsible for sensitivity to the cherry blossom scent was made more active in the mice’s sperm.

Both the mice’s offspring, and their offspring, were “extremely sensitive” to cherry blossom and would avoid the scent, despite never having experienced it in their lives.

Changes in brain structure were also found.

Interestingly, this research proves Robert A. Heinlein correct in one thing. Characters in his novels took RNA pills in order to obtain skills, such as martial arts or playing a piano. As it turns out, a certain type of RNA plays a role in programming this brain structure:

Researchers have been preoccupied with how the effects of stress, trauma, and other environmental exposures are passed from one generation to the next for years. Small RNA molecules — short sequences of RNA that regulate the expression of genes — are among the key factors involved in mediating this kind of inheritance. Dr. Rechavi and his team had previously identified a “small RNA inheritance” mechanism through which RNA molecules produced a response to the needs of specific cells and how they were regulated between generations.

“We previously showed that worms inherited small RNAs following the starvation and viral infections of their parents. These small RNAs helped prepare their offspring for similar hardships,” Dr. Rechavi said. “We also identified a mechanism that amplified heritable small RNAs across generations, so the response was not diluted. We found that enzymes called RdRPs are required for re-creating new small RNAs to keep the response going in subsequent generations.”

These changes reflect an elemental need for non-verbal organisms to pass along information about threats in the environment, and suggest an evolutionary advantage to language, which can more quickly transmit social capital about complex things. One study found that the offspring of crickets who were stalked by wolf spiders were more accurate at recognizing and evading spiders. In more complex organisms, the fear of dangerous animals is not passed along as behavior, but as a tendency to more quickly distinguish that type of animal — in this case, snakes — from others as a source of danger. According to another worm study, changes may persist for as many as fourteen generations, enshrining that knowledge for as long as it is relevant.

For humans, this knowledge brings many interesting implications. We may have genetic memory of culture, and hard-wired tendencies to view certain species, groups, or activities as undesirable because of the experiences of our ancestors. We may also be able to learn things today that future generations can then take advantage of, in addition to the social capital we pass on through language.

“Native Americans” Do Not Exist

Friday, September 29th, 2017

When Christopher Columbus came to the New World, your teacher says in hushed and disapproving tones, he encountered the equal people there and called them “Indians” because he thought he had reached India. She rolls her eyes to show you how Columbus was stupid, and he was stupid because he was evil, not realizing that these people were equal to him in every way.

In reality, Columbus called the inhabitants of these places “Indians” because he correctly noted two aspects of their physiognomy: they were at least predominantly Asian in descent, and they were brown and not “yellow,” which by the calculus of human races meant that they were ethnically something like Indians.

As it turns out, they were a different type of Asian entirely and lacked the paternal European line that runs through India, but they were Asian immigrants just the same, only ones who had arrived over ten thousand years earlier via a Bering land-bridge along with other groups who subsequently were absorbed or exterminated.

In fact, Asian immigration to the new world took place in several waves, with caste variations intact. The leaders of the Inca, Aztec and Maya did not resemble the 90% of their population who were essentially serfs, but were taller, thinner and more intelligent. In the same way, whoever built the ancient civilization of Cahokia was likely more intelligent than their servants, but the servants lived on after that civilization collapsed, just like how Mexico today is mostly populated by the descendants of the serfs of the Maya, whose civilization was in decline before Europeans arrived, and Aztec, whose empire had surrounded itself with enemies who welcomed the Spanish conquest as a chance for revenge. Although the groups which arrived from Siberia were mixed in caste, they shared a similar origin and spread out across the Americas, differentiating themselves in the process.

We can see this through an analysis of the genetic origin of Amerinds (full paper)

These data suggest that Native American male lineages were derived from two major Siberian migrations. The first migration originated in southern Middle Siberia with the founding haplotype M45a (10-11-11-10). In Beringia, this gave rise to the predominant Native American lineage, M3 (10-11-11-10), which crossed into the New World. A later migration came from the Lower Amur/Sea of Okhkotsk region, bringing haplogroup RPS4Y-T and subhaplogroup M45b, with its associated M173 variant. This migration event contributed to the modern genetic pool of the Na-Dene and Amerinds of North and Central America.

All sources agree that the majority of Amerind genetics comes from a group that was at least living in Siberia, Mongolia or Manchuria which then moved into Siberia and across the Bering Strait, which at that time was either a land bridge or small continent called “Beringia.” This group may have acted like a genetic snowball, picking up other groups along the way, suggesting that the Amerind migration consisted of multiple groups crossing the Bering Strait:

They concluded that all Native Americans, ancient and modern, stem from a single source population in Siberia that split from other Asians around 23,000 years ago and moved into the now-drowned land of Beringia. After up to 8000 years in Beringia—a slightly shorter stop than some researchers have suggested (Science, 28 February 2014, p. 961)—they spread in a single wave into the Americas and then split into northern and southern branches about 13,000 years ago.

…But the Science team also found a surprising dash of Australo-Melanesian DNA in some living Native Americans, including those of the Aleutian Islands and the Surui people of Amazonian Brazil. Some anthropologists had previously suggested an Australo-Melanesian link. They noted that certain populations of extinct Native Americans had long, narrow skulls, resembling those of some Australo-Melanesians, and distinct from the round, broad skulls of most Native Americans.

They picked up some additional groups along the way, although these were a minority of the genetic material:

Nearly one-third of Native American genes come from west Eurasian people linked to the Middle East and Europe, rather than entirely from East Asians as previously thought, according to a newly sequenced genome.

…DNA from the remains revealed genes found today in western Eurasians in the Middle East and Europe, as well as other aspects unique to Native Americans, but no evidence of any relation to modern East Asians.

…While the land bridge still formed the gateway to America, the study now portrays Native Americans as a group derived from the meeting of two different populations, one ancestral to East Asians and the other related to western Eurasians.

This makes for a changing summary of the genetic data which stays true to its roots — a Bering Strait migration by Asiatic people — but adds depth as a good history would have:

On the other hand, genetic data have demonstrated a close resemblance between the aboriginal Siberian tribes living east of the Yenisey River and northern Mongoloid populations, and similarities among populations dwelling to the west of the Yenisey River and European populations.

…Although there is general agreement among scholars that the first human inhabitants of the Americas came from Asia, the exact geographic source, number of migrations, and timing of these population movements remain controversial. The evidence in support of an Asian origin of New World populations is based on anatomical resemblance in contemporary populations, craniometric affinities, cultural similarities, and genetic similarities.

…In contrast, studies of maternally-inherited mtDNA have presented a variety of competing scenarios ranging from one to six separate waves of Asian migrants starting as long ago as 30,000 BP. Furthermore, there are different proposals for which “source” populations in Asia gave rise to New World populations: Viral distribution data implicate Mongolia/Manchuria and/or extreme southeastern Siberia as the ancestral homeland of the Amerinds; whereas, mtDNA data point to Mongolia, North China, Tibet, and/or Korea as the candidate source regions in Asia.

This includes the possibility of multiple migrations from multiple sources, potentially by boat as well as by land, over the course of ten thousand years:

There is also a controversial variant of the coastal migration model, put forward by archaeologists Dennis Stanford at the Smithsonian Institution in Washington DC and Bruce Bradley at the University of Exeter, UK. Called the Solutrean hypothesis, it suggests that coastal migration from Asia could have been supplemented by parallel migrations across the Atlantic, bringing stone-tool technologies from present-day Spain and southern Europe to eastern North America.

The Asiatic appearance with some additional details suggests ancient admixture into the mostly-Siberian group:

Before 24,000 years ago, the ancestors of Native Americans and the ancestors of today’s East Asians split into distinct groups. The Mal’ta child represents a population of Native American ancestors who moved into Siberia, probably from Europe or west Asia. Then, sometime after the Mal’ta boy died, this population mixed with East Asians. The new, admixed population eventually made its way to the Americas. Exactly when and where the admixture happened is not clear, Willerslev said. But the deep roots in Europe or west Asia could help explain features of some Paleoamerican skeletons and of Native American DNA today. “The west Eurasian [genetic] signatures that we very often find in today’s Native Americans don’t all come from postcolonial admixture,” Willerslev said in his talk. “Some of them are ancient.”

In other words, Amerinds are Siberian immigrants, and in addition to making local species extinct, they likely absorbed other tribes and created a new culture out of this racially-mixed group, which in part explains the relatively few successes of the New World, mainly because admixed populations lose the strengths of the original groups because traits are created by many genes, and not all of these are passed on, causing mixed-race people to have partial versions of the traits that were fully expressed in the unmixed group.

Do Not Date, Mate With Or Marry Leftists

Friday, July 7th, 2017

In its never-ending attempt to scare people away from being conservative, the fake media unintentionally discovered a good idea: Leftists and conservatives should not date, mate or marry. analyzed dating activity before and after Trump’s election. It found that during January, typically the most active time for dating platforms, activity declined in the most Democratic counties, while dating activity increased in the most Republican counties.

“Not only are liberals signing up at a lower rate, but they’re also engaging less,” Match said in an email.

Match has a term for this: the “love deficit.” And it’s more significant under Trump than it was during Barack Obama’s presidency.

This is not surprising. A growing body of evidence suggests that political inclination is mostly genetic, which suggests that Americans may be splitting into two genetically-distinct groups:

The researchers found a strong link between the DRD4 gene and the students’ political orientations. Specifically, the determining factor was one section of the DRD4 gene, where a sequence of 48 letters in the genetic code repeats between two and eleven times. Study participants mostly had either two (2R) or four (4R) repeats. People with two copies of the 4R version of the gene were significantly more conservative than people with any other combination.

And the link was strongest for the 888 female students in the study. Of the female students who rated themselves highly conservative, 62.5 percent had two copies of the 4R version of the gene. Among those who rated themselves highly liberal, only 37.9 percent had two copies of the 4R version.

It is unwise to date Leftists for a number of reasons. You could end up with a baby any time you roll the dice on dating, and if the parents are incompatible, that child will grow up in a divorced or alienated household. Even more, Leftism — based on the lie that people are equal — seems to correlate highly with dishonesty, flightiness and other negative traits.

But in the long-term view, it makes the most sense for these groups to separate. If conservatives and Leftists stop reproducing together, populations will be created which carry on their views in their genes, ensuring that future generations are more likely to see the world the same way their parents did.

In addition, this isolates the Leftist population as a prelude to relocating it to the third world, where all of its most cherished ideas — equality, diversity, freedom, social welfare — are already in practice. Let the two groups separate. We were never meant to be together, and our incompatibility runs deeper than political viewpoints.

No Place Nowhere

Where is home?

This simple question requires many answers: home may be a house, in a town or city, within a nation, as part of a civilization, during a certain time. All of those support structures are required before an individual can make a house into a “home,” a process too complex and nuanced to be trusted to men.

Civilization is important to humans because we depend on group collaboration to have more than the utter basics of life. And yet, we study it very little, in part because like most really big questions in life, it scares us into silence.

On the Right, we fight this battle to understand civilization through an issue that is currently shaping the discourse of the future. This battle is the conflict between nationalism, racialism and patriotism. These are easily understood:

  • Nationalism. Loyalty to tribe or ethnicity, and recognize that genetics produces culture and that produces political and social opinions, so keeping the tribe unadulterated is essential.
  • Racialism. This is like nationalism, but replaces “the tribe or ethnicity” with “the race.” At this point, one is defending the interests of one of the four root races, which since it is distant from origins becomes more like ideology.
  • Patriotism. Loyalty to the state, the flag, and the political interests of the nation-state — a country made of political and economic, not racial or ethnic, boundaries — with a focus on laws and ideology.

At this point, those on the Right are learned to disregard patriotism. Mainstream conservatives essentially lulled themselves into a compliant stupor by focusing more on the government than the organic nation which was responsible for its success. Now that this group is under attack, many more are looking more seriously at the idea that genetics, not laws or finances, are the root of our future.

Many know something has gone wrong and that their people are under attack, but have no idea how to define who their people are because they no longer share a culture or customs, so they default to race. This is a good start, but it ends up removing focus on the nation, or the organic group created together from the same root, such as “Germans.”

As a result, we are seeing the next wave of thinking appear: a focus on specific groups instead of whole races. For example, American Nativists — those who think America should be Western European — have been separating not just from other races, but from Southern and Eastern Europeans, causing clusters in the New World which resemble the geography of the old.

In addition, other racial and ethnic groups are realizing that they, too, need a home. Until they live in a society which is created by them for people like them, with their rules and standards, protecting their values and culture, they are never truly at home. While this is more existential than practical, it touches on some of the most vital concerns that people have, even more than wealth or safety.

The result is that balkanization of the USA and EU will likely involve repatriation more than anything else. Liberal democracy is dying, and with it will go the social welfare programs. At that point, there is nothing for other groups here but conflict, and their homelands — which may be less affluent — will become more appealing.

People do not understand DNA. They treat it like an Excel spreadsheet, where on each line one gene corresponds to many traits. It is more like computer code, where each bit describes how to build a human being with proteins, which act both as building materials and instigators of the chemical reactions that change them. When you hear about how some group is 99% or 97% similar to another, stop and think: would you let someone insert enough code to be 1% of your operating system, into your computer, especially if it — for example — controlled your heart monitor in a hospital? You would be insane to do so; the differences between us seem small, but are vaster than anyone can count.

For this reason, our minds turn toward the tangible and immediately discernible. It is a good thing to be from a tribe that does not look like any others, tied to a specific place, in a society made by your people for your people with an eye toward existing for all eternity. This is the only way to have a home.

Modernity failed Europeans in this way. Our lands were taken over by an ideology, egalitarianism, that made them not dedicated to us and the organic living thing called culture and civilization to which we belong, but instead directed them toward that ideology. This created a new priesthood of ideologues who, being concerned only with that ideology, quickly destroyed our sense of well-being by making society into a mechanistic, neurotic, perverse, greedy/selfish, paranoid and pathological mess. Technology is not modernity; “me first” is modernity, and it always leads to chaos and misery.

This is why Europeans stopped reproducing. We do not have a home, no place for ourselves, and no somewhere where we really belong from now until the end of time. We are adrift, surrounded by bad options and cruel manipulators, but our fellow citizens are so stupid that they keep selecting these people and then patting themselves on the back for having done so! Perhaps is true that as Alfred Einstein reputedly said, “There are only two infinite things, the universe and human stupidity, and I am not sure about the former.”

Our stupidity has killed us. Our best, looking at this mess, checked out long ago and went to live lonely childless lives on meditative mountaintops or whatever equivalent they could find. Our sane and brilliant people abandoned technology, art and literature to glorified baristas who do not know how to use it without destroying good things. The talented fled leadership and official positions.

As it all spirals down into dust, we should ask ourselves whether we are ready to admit that life is made mostly of mystery, and what we can do best is to create a home for ourselves, and send other groups off to do the same, because this order is — existentially, spiritually, morally, mentally — best for everyone, and will result in a return of human thriving.

On That Irish Heritage (Semitic / Asiatic) Issue

Tuesday, June 13th, 2017

The Irish may be the West’s original experience of diversity and the inevitable ethnic replacement that occurs following it. This is why Anglos distrusted them and viewed them, along with Spanish and Italians, as not white. From recent analysis of Irish heritage:

Migrant communities did not compete with the original Irish. They became the Irish.

The ancestors of the Stone Age farmers began their journey in the Bible lands, where agriculture first began, and arrived in Ireland perhaps via the southern Mediterranean. They brought with them cattle, cereals, ceramics and a tendency to black hair and brown eyes.

These settlers were followed by people, initially from the Pontic steppe of southern Russia, who knew how to mine for copper and work with gold, and who carried the genetic variant for a blood disorder called haemochromatosis, a hereditary genetic condition so common in Ireland that it is sometimes called Celtic disease.

The middle eastern wave, which explains the middle eastern appearance of many Irish, came in through Southern Spain and wandered until it found a place where it could go no further, where it mixed with Neolithic remnants and later, the Eastern European wave.

This influence is separate from and in addition to the Black Irish:

So when or how would Sub-Saharan African (SSA) genes have arrived on our island? What other historical events may have contributed?

Well we all know about the reputation that the people of the west of Ireland have for being darker skinned, the so-called “Black Irish”. This may be due to the influence of the Spanish (people from the south of Spain have a higher percentage of SSA markers) who were active traders along the coasts of Ireland. Some five thousand Spanish soldiers made up the Spanish Armada which was wrecked across the Irish Western Seaboard in 1588.

Although the British reported that the majority of these soldiers were rounded up and executed, there is anecdotal evidence to suggest that more of these soldiers survived that was originally thought and these soldiers could have contributed to the introduction of SSA markers into the Irish population.

Irish people who hail from the west of Ireland generally have some percentage of SSA markers in their profile.

The Irish are in other words a very ancient European population which has been mostly replaced by foreign groups, which makes sense because as an Island, Ireland experienced little population change except when major historical events disrupted it, as we can see through a brief ethno-history of Ireland:

After the Ice Age glaciers retreated from Northern Europe more than 9,000 years ago, hunter- gatherers spread north into what is now Great Britain and Ireland, during the Middle Stone Age. Some 3,000 years later, during the New Stone Age, the first farming communities appeared in Ireland. The Bronze Age began 4,500 years ago and brought with it new skills linked to metalworking and pottery. During the late Bronze Age, Iron was discovered in mainland Europe and a new cultural phenomenon began to evolve.

Around 500 B.C., the Bronze Age gave way to an early Iron Age culture that spread across all of Western Europe, including the British Isles. These new people originated in central Europe, near what is Austria today. They were divided into many different tribes, but were collectively known as the Celts.

…The Roman presence largely wiped out most traces of Celtic culture in England—even replacing the language. Since the Romans never occupied Ireland or Scotland in any real sense, they are among the few places where Celtic languages have survived to this day.

From a few years before the most recent analysis, Gene Expression gave us a plot showing the relationship between English, Irish and Nordic-Germanic populations:

Most likely, what this shows from a small sample size is the infusion of Irish and Scottish blood into England, along with Southern Europeans, rather than to reject the idea that the tall, blonde-haired and blue-eyed English were not of Anglo-Saxon origin. That fits with our new knowledge that the Irish cluster more with Southern Europeans, Mediterraneans and Semites than Northern or Central Europeans:

Yet the bones discovered behind McCuaig’s tell a different story of Irish origins, and it does not include the Celts.

“The DNA evidence based on those bones completely upends the traditional view,” said Barry Cunliffe, an emeritus professor of archaeology at Oxford who has written books on the origins of the people of Ireland.

DNA research indicates that the three skeletons found behind McCuaig’s are the ancestors of the modern Irish and they predate the Celts and their purported arrival by 1,000 years or more. The genetic roots of today’s Irish, in other words, existed in Ireland before the Celts arrived.

“The most striking feature” of the bones, according to the research published in the Proceedings of the National Academy of Science, is how much their DNA resembles that of contemporary Irish, Welsh and Scots.

This shows us a tendency of diversity: it changes what is present, and then elements from closer to the equator gradually absorb anything else that comes their way, leaving behind a population closer to that of the middle east than original European elements. Those middle eastern elements are significant for one major reason: they reveal Asiatic admixture, much like that in Eastern Europe.

We can see the results of this today in DNA tests taken by the Irish:

Ethnic Genetic Interests And Group Selection

Wednesday, June 7th, 2017

Scientists have their method reversed: they look at details, and then draw conclusions about the whole, forgetting that a detail serving to represent the whole has only partial truth value and is inherently misleading.

One of the conclusions drawn by scientists is that, because the genes that prevail through natural selection are the ones that reproduce themselves, there is no such thing as “ethnic genetic interests.”

If they were a bit more attentive, they would notice that genetic information contradicts this view entirely, because we can see how European groups pursued homogeneous breeding practices through the ages.

The paradox of group genetic interests and group selection is that, if natural selection picks traits that survive, why do people choose to breed within their tribe rather than without? The safe liberal conclusion is that they only did so because they were geographically isolated, but history shows us that this is not even true, since tribes contacted each other all the time.

A more sensible view is that people choose others like them for the health of the offspring and from the knowledge that, if people who share more of their DNA survive, they are closer to reproductive success than if they invest their DNA into people who do not have any of the common substructure that makes a group similar to one another.

Not Politically Correct serves up a version of the group genetic interest theory that makes sense of this paradox:

How, for example, can I be 50% identical to my father if I’m 99.8% identical to all living humans? The answer is that I am not 50% identical to my father; rather, I am 50% identical to my father by comparison to the baseline level of relatedness of all living humans. If all living humans are 99.8% genetically identical then I’m 99.9% identical to my father. Jayman’s argument that two random co-ethnics aren’t related fails to factor this into account: a calculation of relation needs a baseline level of relatedness for comparison. So he’s correct in stating that two co-ethnics are not similar to one another- but only by comparison to the baseline level of relatedness of their entire population.

Since the ethnic kinship coefficient has been worked out to the equivalent of half siblings, it may be useful to frame the issue in those terms. If I am 25% identical to my half sibling by comparison to any other co-ethnic, it is because there is a quarter of my genome that I share with my half sibling due to our common descent. Specifically, our mutual descent from our mutual parent gives us a specific combination of genes that nobody else is likely to have. 25% of my genome is 100% identical to his alleles of the same genes and the other 75% is as similar to his as it is to any other co-ethnic, but taken as an average across my entire genome, any given allele is 25% more likely to be shared with him than it is everyone else in our race.

The ethnic kinship coefficient works in an uncannily similar way. Instead of inheriting those 25% identical genes from recent common ancestors, the two co-ethnics inherit the same genes due to the fact that people of their race usually have those genes (think melanin, keratin, microcephalin, EDAR, HERC2, or any other gene for which the frequency of alleles differs overpopulation).

All animals act in self-interest. People, as a type of animal, do the same. Human groups also do the same, and they identify themselves by the metric of “more similar than different.” This means that they share traits and pass them on together, which is why people choose to breed within a group if they are healthy and confident.

Because of this shared genetic heritage, your neighbors pass on your genes as well as their own. This allows the group to choose isolation, as advanced societies did over the ages, and then focus on selective breeding for the best of those traits. Smart observers will notice that this mirrors the conservative formula of realism plus transcendentalism, or a desire to improve quality in the way that nature does.

In addition, there is another factor. Social capital consists of all of the knowledge passed along by family, friends and society to the youngsters of the next generation. For this to work, the new generation must be roughly similar to the old and with the same inclinations, or the social capital will be incomprehensible or seem irrelevant to them.

Natural selection does not reward the person who wins the fistfight. It rewards the traits that are found in the individuals that reproduce the most. In groups, this means that shared traits are the ones that won out, and therefore, the traits that will continue to propagate.

Denial of ethnic group interest and group selection are motivated by a fundamentally egalitarian desire, which is to insist that all people are compatible and that race is an accident of history. Common sense, logic, history itself and the genetic data show that this is an illusory theory.

Ariana Grande: Technically “White”

Saturday, May 27th, 2017

When you wonder why white nationalism never took off, and was replaced instead by the Alt Right, remember this image: technically, this girl is white, having 100% Italian ancestry.

But it is worth mentioning that we are men among the ruins of an empire that failed long ago, and that many of “our people” now are infused with other races. Italians have Mediterraneans, Eastern Europeans have Asians, Irish have Semitic history. Trace admixture will breed us out just as surely as miscegenation.

Our future will be born through our people, not hybrids. We cannot play the numbers game that the Left excels at and rope together a huge number of “white” people in order to win. We need our people, and the quality of those more than their number will determine the outcome.

In the meantime, the term “white” has lost all meaning when we politically correctly shifted it from “Western European” to “anyone European-descended, no matter how much other weird stuff is in the woodpile.”

It is interesting that Ariana Grande — the root of her name is the term “Aryan” — shows up in recent bombings as if to illustrate this point. Those who are mixed have no allegiance to the West, because they must defend their own people, which is the mixed-race group.

Only those who want a restoration of the West through its people understand what must be done.

Linking Genetics To Spirituality

Wednesday, February 22nd, 2017

It would seem that genetics and spirituality are opposite ends of a spectrum, but they are linked because both converge on organizations in a cyclic pattern: genetics determines ability and organizations route that ability either into rewarding or harmful mental outlooks. A useful rough model to link genetics to spirituality can be seen through the following sequence:

  1. Genes affect language
  2. Language affects culture and ( Western dualistic thinking )
  3. Culture affects safety
  4. Safety affects productivity
  5. Productivity affects competitiveness
  6. Competitiveness affects spirituality

Humans are genetically inclined to express themselves using language in the context of survival. This context changes for example, when the field becomes education, or business. Languages enable humans to perform in these various contexts.

Various languages developed around the world and resulted in various cultures. Initially some commenters thought that culture itself aimed at a universal objective, but because languages adapt and contexts change, we can visualize cultures as horizons that become fused as time progresses.

One interesting opinion was that the Western context exhibited a particular dualistic thinking (and thus dualistic culture) that enhanced binary thinking whereby a signifier such as “woman” is not identified by the meaning of the word, but by all the things that are absent from it. Language effects culture for example by isolating the concept of woman from family, child or social class; it produces a generic category which then forces distinction of layers of meaning by language.

Geert Hofstede demonstrates that culture affects safety. Human participation in war also demonstrated that home-advantage played a significant role, even visible in professional sports today.

Safety affects productivity since it is relatively easy to prove that a sick person cannot work. Safety also has a much wider application in that it is one of the fundamental goals of leadership, as was demonstrated by President Trump when he stated that his first priority is to keep Americans safe from both terrorism and immigrant crime.

Global competitiveness reports describe how productivity affects competitiveness in each country. The safer a country is, the more likely it is to be productive; this makes sense, since the smarter the population — a function of genetics — the more likely the country will be to have advanced leadership, and through that higher degrees of safety, and thus of confidence in the population.

Most people will think that spirituality would rather affect competitiveness, while the opposite is really true. The thinking is that competitiveness is a goal, or has a goal, whereas spirituality cannot propose a goal that relates to competitiveness.  Rather, the idea is to cycle back to language and culture where goalposts shift continuously, requiring regular changes in productive techniques (which has proven to be immensely difficult).

However, not only is “change” difficult, but merely having that “technique” is also prohibitive in the long run. First of all, overcoming the inherent problem of techniques — a calcifying tendency to imitate what has succeeded, without recognizing that the goalposts have shifted — requires spirituality, which will also help with changing of those same techniques later on.

The limitations of “techniques” can only be overcome with spiritual means because those are more abstract and related to principle, so can be used to assess goal, and from that, techniques can be chosen dynamically. Without this cycle, cultural organizations will eventually falter.

Organizations, like organisms, perish when they fail to adapt to changing conditions in the world around them. Spirituality, principles and transcendentals help societies avoid becoming fixated on concrete goals and techniques which then slowly become obsolete, giving entry to an entropy spiral leading to civilizational heat death, which is how all societies perish.

The world does not stand still. To adapt to this, humans bring genes and spirit together through the cycle described above by which genes create culture, culture creates language, language creates organization, and organizations through their handling of safety, create a spiritual presence that keeps the population flexible.

As with so many things in life, the first look — a mile wide, an inch deep — is the enemy of accurate perception. The institutions we think are least necessary and most outdated, like nationalism, religion, literature and hierarchy, may in fact be what saves us from the collapse that the first look would engender.

What It Is Like To Go Extinct

Monday, November 7th, 2016

Species die all the time. One day, there are plenty of them and their worries are personal if anything. Then they notice there are too few of them, and other species that are similar to them are greater in number. Finally they find they no longer have others of their species to be mates, and then everything goes dark.

The Rabbs’ fringe-limbed treefrog (Ecnomiohyla rabborum) recently went extinct when the last known specimen died in a zoo on September 26. Their numbers dwindled until we could find only one, and when he died, there was no source of others. Just an empty space in the ecosystem, perhaps being filled by other species now.

Western Europeans should consider this. Our extinction will come about through mixing with other groups, at which point we will no longer look the same, think the same, or have the same abilities. We will have become something else, and it will be more like everyone else on earth.

Like smart kids in high school who start making stupid decisions like taking drugs or having unwise sex with idiots, the social pressure is on Western Europeans to just conform and be like everyone else. To give in and give up on ourselves.

And yet, for millennia our people have been outliers. We went our own way and did not do what everyone else did. For them, the results are roughly the same, but for us and a few other populations (Japanese, Jews) the outcome has been radically different. We only reversed course when we started to feel guilt because of class warfare in our own nations.

Civilization is fragile, and it is what guards the genetic group that forms a population. With that group gone, the traits that made it distinct go away as well, including the abilities that were unique to its members. Soon all that is left is more of the same, and rumors of a golden age in the past.
