Removing Coca-Cola From Our Lives is a Win Anyway

They will only respect us when they fear us, and for that, we need to achieve a confirmed kill and parade the severed head through the streets followed by a cheering multitude. At that point only will they begin to treat us like non-disposable people.

Perhaps the best target to offer itself in recent times comes through the “woke” (politically correct, civil rights, identity politics) stupidity of Coca-Cola:

Coca-Cola employees were urged to be “less white” as part of the company’s alleged diversity training — but the material was yanked offline following a viral whistleblower post.

The “Confronting Racism” course in question was offered by LinkedIn Education and allegedly utilized by the soft-drink titan.

“In the U.S. and other Western nations, white people are socialized to feel that they are inherently superior because they are white,” reads one of the slides, allegedly sent from an “internal whistleblower” and posted on Twitter by YouTube commentator Karlyn Borysenko.

The company quickly backpedaled, but for our purposes, did not do what was necessary, which is to bow and grovel, swear it will never happen again, and then donate a few hundred million to Western Civilization cultural initiatives.

Watch the company speak out both sides of its mouth, which is what you do when you do not respect the party you are talking to, by both admitting and denying:

A Coca-Cola spokesperson confirmed that the course is “part of a learning plan to help build an inclusive workplace,” but also noted that “the video circulating on social media is from a publicly available LinkedIn Learning series and is not a focus of our company’s curriculum.”

“Our Better Together global learning curriculum is part of a learning plan to help build an inclusive workplace,” the spokesperson said in a statement. “It is comprised of a number of short vignettes, each a few minutes long. The training includes access to LinkedIn Learning on a variety of topics, including on diversity, equity and inclusion.”

In other words, it is part of their training and they intend to keep it, even though if the races were reversed this would probably start a war.

That is not acceptable.

In the meantime, it makes sense to avoid all of these brands and to shame any who buy them. The nastiness of the Left, a form of bullying, works because it hits people where they are weak: social acceptance.

By cutting out those who support companies such as Coca-Cola, and shunning such beverages in our everyday lives, we can take a scalp, and consequently be taken more seriously by an industry that is otherwise content to ignore us.

In general, this does not serve a terrible purpose, since all of these drinks are loaded with sugar, acids, soy, and other deleterious health outcome chemicals. A world without soft drinks would be a better one anyway.
