Human rights and censorship at this blog

I don’t believe in human rights.

Put simply, I think you shouldn’t get any absolute rights for just being human.

lootersInstead, the best society rewards those who do good things and makes sure those who do destructive things are smote, while doing nothing for those who do nothing to help themselves, the rest of us and the world around us (environment, culture, and so on).

I do believe in trying to do the right thing by people who are also trying to do the right thing for me and others like me.

I believe in censorship. I believe if a TV program encourages young girls to act like sluts, those of us who know that this leads them to disaster in later life — and lonely alienation in their 40s, not to mention a declining population — will want to take the tapes and burn them. I can see how this violates human rights, in which every person has an absolute right to do whatever they want, but human rights don’t measure consequences. I measure consequences.

I believe in the death penalty, or rather, death to the dysfunctional. Life is a gift, and those who are going to defecate all over it and destroy others need to be viewed just how we’d view technology: the failed machines go into recycling, and the good ones go on to bigger and better things.

But again, I believe in trying to do the right thing.

Voltaire has this interesting quotation:

I do not agree with what you have to say, but I’ll defend to the death your right to say it.

For me, it’s not censorship to defend the airing of an opposing viewpoint.

However, I also believe in doing the right thing, and that includes civility.

When we are polite, and express ourselves logically, the emotions and drama are secondary to simple communication — and getting clear the reasons for disagreement.

But then I see comments like this:

Without HELP? Africa would be holocausted, as it can support only 1/8% of its population with its own resources. Negro middle-class professionals under-preform White counterparts by 30% – from doctors & engineers to clerks, according to a self-described ‘liberal-centrist’ associate of my dad’s from S. Africa, they can’t finish any project autonomously & steal freely. Pure [censored] & halfbreeds are a biologically worthless burden, they know it deep down & most passive-agressively hate us for it.

You will note that I haven’t replicated one of the words there.

I don’t think it’s too much to ask to request that our visitors keep civility in mind and speak using the terms we find make the most sense out of politeness, for example, “African-Americans.”

It won’t kill you to do it, and it ensures your message is expressed clearly without throwing emotional bombs into the mix that are going to drive people away from responding logically.

And if they cannot find a logical response, they then cannot fall back on an emotional one, or if they do, they are signaling to the rest of us that they’re not ready for that debate.

We shy away from no truth on this site. We’re cool with talking about ethnic differences in intelligence and other abilities, fine with talking about the third world’s ongoing failure as not a byproduct of Western colonialism, and we’re honest about class war and IQ, the psychology of liberalism, biological determinism and other taboo issues.

But our goal is to express them succinctly, clearly and without using words as an emotional weapon against others.

Our staff here are not all from a single ethnic group, religion or political bent. They’ve been picked because they’re intelligent and realistic. As with all of us, their realism may evolve and get better over time. But they’re here to be treated with respect.

Each of us who writes here is determined to face as much of the whole truth as we can discern, no matter what it says about us as individuals or our ancestors.

We don’t yet have African-American or gay columnists, but we’re not excluding the possibility — we are New Right, which means we’ve cast aside the pretense of both destructive liberalism and calcified conservatism, and we’re looking for others who face the truth. One aspect of that truth is that no group is within needing a lot of work to get back in line, and that the same solutions can be adapted in different parts of the world to bring us together not as one grey race of cultureless modern droids, but as parallel nations striving for excellence in each of their areas.

It would be great if other people saw the wisdom in what I’m trying to do here, and would voluntarily comply with civility, so that we don’t need censorship. As we like to say around here: no tyrant exists without a thoughtless population that needed and deserved him.

This behaviour doesn’t fix the root problem though; the problem being recurrent moral weakness. Instead, it encourages cycles of degenerate behaviour, and breeds frustration when you realise you can’t control everything all of the time (an attitude that people with social disabilities suffer from).

I believe we should let the people do what they want, and judge them accordingly. Ban slutty TV if you want, but do it in your own home.

I hope that I am seeing Corrupt.org (or rather, Alex) evolve past this strain of aspie-fascism.

I find it fascinating that you can demean others for your own psychological inferiority. You are a complete idiot, you have no respect for anyone that is not similar to you. YOU are the problem with the world today.
Africa would be holocausted without help? Well its too late for that beacuse of alleged “help” from the West. “Help” of colonization, massacres, genocide, SLAVE TRADE taking away 200 years of Africas best resource: ITS YOUTH. And you wonder why africa is devastated. The quote on Africa, its rediculous that your focusing on civility rather than the complete absurdity and racism contained within the subject. I guess it doesnt matter that it is a complete and utter wasteland of lies as long as they use the term “african american”

It’s people with completely rediculous, biased, racist, and demeaning (and please look over some grammar rules on correct usage of commas before your next article gets posted “class war and IQ, the psychology of liberalism, biological determinism”) opinions such as yours that cause all the problems in the world. Please, PLEASE, read through your “fancy piece of jibberish” (and i censored that for your benefit) and please tell me you cant honesly believe it to be the truth. This is degrading on so many levels. i dont even understand how someone can stoop to the level to say something like this, but as Voltaire says “i do not agree with what you have to say, but i’ll defend to the death your right to say it”

i agree with the commenter above, give ‘em the rope to hang themselves. you can’t get blood from a stone.

also, Steve, great observation that emotional outbursts tend to derail thoughtful debate. you must be able to step outside your own perspective to be open to others. as an aspie myself this is difficult, and probably why i identify with and warm to the obsessively-structured nature of what the authors here advocate even though i myself am a libertarian. our nexus here is the absolutism and the dislike of ambiguity and missing links in logic chains.

anyway, shine on you crazy fascists, and speak your piece, whatever it may be. if nothing else, you are bold and insightful, and everyone can benefit from that.

can’t wait to read the “paleocon/hippie nexus”, as i (as a hippie at heart) have been observing this too, and indeed it’s what attracted me to the Old Right (not neocon or religious) resurgence. i have a feeling you’re gonna nail it, and me. it’s comforting to be understood.

See my reply to R. Singh in ‘Are Liberals the Only White Supremacists’ where I adress the issue of ethno-racial slurs & put the guy posting as ‘Highduke is a moron’ in his place. De-ethnicizing & de-racializing your message attracts Libertarian Hipsters who wanna play the Liberal/Conservative game. A nation built on ideas rather than blood-kinship is on its way to Multiculty Liberalism. With a Negro prez discrediting the system & Whiteopias emerging, now’s the time to spread racial awareness.

This is just a reaction to the liberal taboo-busting antithesis, which itself was a reaction to good old fashioned speaking one’s mind thesis.

It’s now a dumbed down game of one-upmanship, except one side is winning, but only by outlawing language it doesn’t like.

One crowd, if it isn’t jailed or fined because it is incapable of staying in power, screams slurs like jungle bunny or wetback; the opposing crowd variously shouts random selections of hater, meany, nazi, bad-person, and blacks on blondes for spite.

What each crowd maintains in common is that 1) they’re still equally useless in that anyone can use purely emotive language 2) neither yet indicates in what way their own side is right because they give us no actual content we can evaluate.

I think the answer here is to think outside this monkey cage box and return to what always prevails which is quality and truth and their various genteel outer forms. That doesn’t mean we can’t use forceful and judgemental language or that we are lacking in empathy.

The meaning remains, but it is better tailored to fit people who primarily think and confront problems rather than those who primarily gesticulate and avoid solutions.

  4. Rob Martin says:

Every nation on this Earth does not belong to any ethnic group, they can easily come and go. Each group has its own mortality and will either die out or find other ways to seperate and get around collectivisation. We still genetically appreciate being unique and more diverse so that is a good thing, proof of this is the many subcultures that are thrown out of modernity – they are isolating themselves from each other, naturally – these are cultural resources to be enhanced.

Here in Britain, I support the BNP, but that has a real difficulty in the fact that we already have a huge mix up of different groups – A more acceptable approach, a closer step would be to strengthen each group with an idea, I don’t care who comes or goes as long as they make this land better for the future. Whatever group is dedicated enough, strong enough to take responsibility for the land beneath their feet – then it is theres for the taking, naturally. Whoever just thinks they have the ‘right’ to the land they stand on without any respect for its ecosystems or future simply does not deserve it – not that they can keep it anyway.

Change is constant, whatever group can take responsibility for itself and overcomes itself shall take the treasure for itself – whichever blames others and fights over meaningless things gets nothing. Those who take responsibility will have the nation for their groups, they will create new cultures and new symmetry between peoples.

The ground beneath our feet – look after it and it will look after you – it doesn’t care about who or what you look like, what you do, as long as you don’t destroy the vibrance of the life therein, but instead enhance – increase and make it stronger, more meaningful. Each locality needs a challenge – whoever can enhance it and add more meaning into life then is able to capture it and can make it their home – Whoever treats their locality like trash, spits on it, doesn’t give a damn will then get all these problems we face and its their own fault. It’s the fault of the individuals for voting idiots in who destroyed their own groups, for being irresponsible, and if they get overrun its their own fault.

  5. Elle says:

I’m kind of on the fence here. I’m of the belief that teen-agers and pre-pubecent anythings are, by and large, fucking idiots. They’re slaves to the majority rule because most of them are too afraid to not fit in than think for themselves. Quite frankly, few people actually grow out of this mentality, but let’s not get into that.

    HOWEVER:

We should be encouraging networks and the media not to censor these things but show alternatives. There’s market for everything, that much has been proven with reality shows about everything under the sun. Show a series about a compelling enough fat chick going through high school and I think lots of people would watch it and it might even be hailed for it’s “honesty”. Banning morally questionable entertainment is not the answer, and anyway if we’re going down that path let’s talk about the violence. We get so uptight about a pair of bare breasts being shown on the tv screen or teens getting themselves in compromising positions but what about the bloody gunshot wounds seen in every cop show or Jack Bouer (sorry if I spelled it wrong, never actually watched the show) torturing terrorists for information? Again, I don’t support censorship but I find it irritating that whenever it’s brought up it’s usually in reference to the sensuality of love scenes or nearly nude young women prancing about in most late-night soap operas.

  6. Adrian Bartholomew says:

You are contradicting yourself. You cannot defend the right to voicing an opposing argument but not recognize the right of the freedom of speech.

Also, your entire argument rests on your, very repeated, ‘do the right thing’.
You must define what is ‘right’, why it is ‘right’ and why one needs to do the ‘right’ thing in the 1st place.
Only when these are answered would you know what actions lead to evil. Evil, defined as that which opposes man’s life.

Anything else is just collective mentality and socialism. And we all know where that leads to.
