Russ Douthat and the real face of the GOP

Do you know what that was? The YouTube video Cuckservative Columnist Russ Douthat attached to the following tweet.

Good news guys I’ve figured out how the Trump campaign ends:

People call The Donald a slob for not buttoning his jacket. Former Trump Advisor Roger Stone offers us insight. He doesn’t own one that fits over the bullet-proof vest.

@DouthatNYT are you freaking serious? Imagine if you made this joke about President Obama. What is wrong with you, dude?

Yeah, what is wrong with him? How could a writer on morals, religion and culture make assassination jokes about a presidential candidate he doesn’t happen to like. Well, let’s look at what else cultural conservatives who write about religion, morals and social issues are perfectly happy with.

That Carrier factory shutting down: that is the status quo that Russ Douthat seeks to defend as he joins the GOP for Hillary. Those people having their dreams crushed – those are the peasants, the stupid, ignorant Hookworm People. At least according to Annas, Caiaphas, Douthat* and the rest of our conservative commentators on morals, religion and culture.

That Russ… His Holiness is so pro-life. Except when the life in question belongs to someone threatening *his* people’s jobs and *his* people’s position of prominence. That’s totally and completely different from the Carrier situation.

So just what is it that makes The Donald worthy of assassination? Maybe he’s prone to say things like this.

“This country is dying. And our workers are losing their jobs,” Donald Trump declared. Noting the announcement of plans by the air-conditioner company Carrier to transfer production (and 1,400 union jobs) from Indianapolis to Mexico, the billionaire said, “Carrier is moving. And if you saw the [workers]…. They were crying.” Promising a no-more-tears presidency, Trump said he’d renegotiate “trade pacts that are no good for us and no good for our workers” and tell corporations to keep production in the United States or “we’re going to tax you.”

Does he not properly understand who Amerika exists to benefit? He’s a freakin’ billionaire. Is he not entertained? And that’s just it. The Donald has taken up for the losers in American Life. If you’re one of Trump’s supporters; your America probably really is dying. Read Charles Murray’s Losing Ground to find out just how much Annas, Caiaphas and Douthat really care. He may be sincere, he may be a scam artist. Whatever, he’s sure shown us the true face of America’s leading “conservatives.” The more I see this, the less I hold Conservative Inc™ in any regard whatsoever.

*-Just to make it clear. The Donald, like The JPW, is miles away from Jesus. The comparison between Douthat and Caiaphas? That one’s looking far better.

JPW works as an Operations Research Analyst. This line of work has trained him to view the world in a systemic fashion. In solving the System Identification Problem of modern society, he discovered that the system was not truly designed to make us happier or more successful. Secondly, an unflinching evaluation of the ongoing outputs of the current system show its marked decline in quality and success.

  1. I dislikes Douthat years ago… now he’s proven to be a useful idiot, or willing accomplice of his culture’s destruction. He has no principles. He’s a fraud. Joking about the assassination of a presidential candidate, because he doesn’t like him? LOW CLASS. What if we started joking about assassinating New York Times journalists? How would that go over? What a scumbag.

    1. Without this, there would be no Trumpening. Douthat makes it both necessary and possible. The logistician now inquires as to whether it will be sufficient.
