[...] This list from Amerika.org warrants sharing. It’s so nearly perfect that commentary or additions are superfluous. The next time someone wonders why it seems the world is going to hell, edify them. [...]

I really appreciate all the writing on this site. I found Amerika through Corrupt which I chanced upon looking something up. Anyway, I have felt much the same about so many things but couldn't quite express it and wasn't sure if anyone else noticed or cared about this stuff anyway. It gives me the courage to try harder and not give in to the mediocre reality that has turned us into mindless clone lemmings. Keep up the good work.

Thanks,
Eric

<i>"Intelligence is relative. That means that people cannot understand an idea that requires more intelligence than they have in order to conceive of it. This is why we can “educate” people in behaviors, but unless they understand the cause/effect relationship about why those behaviors are superior, they are simply mimicking the original."</i>

No different, really, from consciousness.
Lacking consciousness, a man is unable to conceive of what consciousness is.
Lacking an ability to recognize reality, a man is unable to function within it.
Man is imbued with an amazing ability to mimic, without being able to be the thing he mimics.
We find ourselves living the mere appearance of life, while being almost completely removed from the actual living.
Quite a problem.
