		<description>Right before I came upon this post, I came upon this quote: 

&lt;i&gt;If you use your mind to try and understand reality,
you will understand neither your mind nor reality.
If you try and understand reality without using your mind,
you will understand both your mind and reality. &lt;/i&gt; 

It seems to sum up pretty well, the biological approach. 
Some folks theorize and think, think, think, while their lives escape them.  
Others prefer to get on with their lives and enjoy the process of living.</description>
