		<description>You really want to leave to the right to reproduce up to something as arbitrary and narrow as an IQ test? Even if you actually advocate this, how could you ever the population to accept such a measure? Eugenics didn&#039;t work for political reasons and it never will. You might as well focus on terraforming and space colonization.</description>

		<description>Excellent post.  I&#039;d like to add that those who advocate a reduction in consumption as a way to reduce stress on the environment and resources, hoping to avoid the population problem, are forgetting that per capita consumption and per capita employment are directly related.  Wasteful consumption should never be tolerated, but cutting per capita consumption will drive unemployment and poverty through the roof.  

The only way to live sustainably at a high standard of living is through a reduction in population.</description>
