Your article didn’t differentiate between real estate agent/broker (assuming terminology is identical in Canadian & US markets?) & implied the agent was somehow crooked for inflating the price of the property compared to its actual worth. Otherwise yeah: brokers are crooked. BTW what’s up with Alfie mentioning me on CORRUPT? And another thing: don’t ban tv. GI Joe, Thundercats, He-Man, Transformers, Silverhawks, Bucky O’Hare & such 80s cartoons are GREAT for kids & can be ripped off Youtube free

Not sure about your point here, as it doesn’t relate to anything I posted. In any case, without the system rewarding the people who have the least to lose and the most to gain financially, and also the people with the least amount of schooling, you open the door to the necessary crooked real estate broker who can help facilitate this kind of fraud. Without the agent to list the house and ignore high offers on behalf of the buyer, this exercise is pointless.

As an agent, I can state factually that the owner decides how much of a profit he wants to make, the agent assesses feasibility & does the dirty work but it’s the owner that is the puppet-master, Frank.
