Neolithic Balkans, Byzantine & Ancient Greece, Egypt & Persia, Sumer, Babylon, Hittites, Carthage & Minoans in the past, also contemporary Georgians, Arabs, Chinese, Thais, Hindus, Burmese, Mayas, Aztecs are the only ones to EVER meet the criteria.
