Employers prefer the ‘disposable’ immigrant labour for this. Maybe there is a government finacial incentive to employ the migrant or indeed, they will work for less and so employer gets more profit.

Of course there is always that stipulated legal requirement of a quota for imigrants to be employed.

The cost of immigration is great in terms of the impact on infrastructure, limited resourecs, space and the environment in general.

Indeed, mass demographic change caused by the milllions upon millions of permanent and transitory labour force sidelines the many of the indigenous populations as primary labour force / focus for skilling and employment.
